Jeff Downing served as a federal prosecutor in Florida and New Hampshire for more than 30 years, prosecuting international and domestic drug trafficking and organized crime cases and supervising high profile public corruption investigations. A native Pennsylvanian, he graduated from William Allen High School in Allentown, received his B.A. degree in political science from Allegheny College in Meadville and was awarded his juris doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. He lives in Florida with his wife and their German Shepherd. He is an avid fly fisherman.
